I've been trying to recover files that I've deleted from my drive that have been scrapped through recycling.
Looking through my downloads, I've wanted to re-download it, but if I open the chrome link to the image, it's 404'd (obviously) such as this

Is there any way to recover it? I can't find the original source thread by posting the link number in any database, how would I get it (and maybe the original thread on database) back?
