The lighting/smoothness has to be done in that picture, you can see the border between face and background.

It is good, you are completely right, but as I said, you can see the border between his face and the background, also you can see that something isn't right on the left ( where the firefighter was ). DESU, the firefighter took much space in the picture so it's still great.

The most important thing for me is that you can't see that the face is shopped in the picture.

Please accept my criticism..

He did great, but not perfect, I respect his skill, but what he showed me is not what I was looking for, maybe if he tries to "fix" what I said, what could be improved.

This one looks pretty neat, you perfectly removed the firefighter and smoothened the face, so you can't see any border, but there is ONE more thing, you can see that the face is in much higher resolution than the background.
Are you able to fix that? Otherwise I am very impressed!

You removed the firefighter very good as well, but the borders between head and background are too visible.
Also the imagequality of the head has to be lowered, so it fits the background.
