Last time I saw it was 5 years ago it is a Hentai Doujinshi of some sort I do not remember if it was western or not most likely it was Japanese what I remember is pretty detailed art style lime a lot of fine lines if that helps it wasn't very long maybe like 30 - 50 pages

It was about these two young girls like 23 ish and they had these rock hard pieces of shit crowing with maggots crawling all over the shit rocks
They were trying all kinds of stuff to get the rocks out of them until they ended up shoving a hose in their ass and filling them self up like balloons then it got to the point where they started cutting arms and legs off until they had no limbs
