ok cool if you know how to root then it shouildnt be too hard to flash an OS, find a rom the supports Xposed, then download "snapprefs". its as easy as that

if you just want undetected screenshots or to download videos third party apps and tricks like >>15342416 anon sugested is the way to go
xposed and snapprefs allow you to do much more but it is too much work for screenshoting its not worth it

Lmao you guys are a bunch of dorks. Here's how I do it: load snap. Airplane mode to prevent signal out. Screenshot. Uninstall snapchat, should wipe cache automatically. I usually wait a minute to be sure, then you're free to turn off airplane mode, re install, and log back in. Has worked flawlessly for me.

Shame there's still no way to actually see someone snap history.

Snapprefs is the way to go.

This used to work, but at android 6+ it sometimes doesn't.
I use AZ screen recorder, start it, play snap, go to the video you just created, screenshot, delete video. Takes less time than it took me to write this.
