What did you use to download all of them? I have Pixiv Downloader but it only does it by each work. Does yours download the entire gallery with a few clicks?

DownThemAll ext. for firefox. Still slow, but just one click per page to grab all links/images. Then just sorted the folder by name to delete thumbnails

You CAN download full galleries with Pixiv Downloader, read the options or the readme. I've downloaded a lot like that.
