Not really going to work. First, tough color. Reds and variations of red don't work in traditional (level ) xray method. I have an alternate method that sometimes works, buy it didn't work here. I think the main problem is that, given her posture, the shirt is too loose. To get good xray, the skin should be pressed against the clothes (tight clothes) because the physics is that photons pass through the clothes and then reflect (back through the clothes) from skin. When the clothes are loose, very little light is reflected this way. Also, loose fabrics create ruffling and uneven fabric thicknesses, which interferes with color distribution on histogram (which is what is manipulated in all xray processes).
