newer PS versions have content-aware tools and "healing" tools that base what they do on the surrounding content, so you can use tools like clone stamp, brush, smudge, etc to remove large features (like clothes). It'll look horrible because it's hand work, but then you can just have PS do its best to heal the shitty looking parts with Spot Heal Brush work, etc. When I give up on that, *then* I bubble the parts that are still garbage.
