I remember there was an Japanese adult game where you directs porn. You could schedule each segment of the whole film, like blowjob at the start then anal afterwards, etc. Having too many sex scenes would exhaust the actor, so you gotta make them rest every now and then (It plays a short animation of the actor drinking tea when you do that). The actor's stats also improves during the process. At first you have a girl who's acting/voicing skills are plain terrible, but as the games goes she became more professional. Also the main girl's hair are red iirc.
