alright i need some help
I have ptsd, odd, general axiety disorder, hashimoto's, and clinical depression.
i can't leave the house without having a mental break down
I'm trying to get SSI
what else is there that i can try to be able to live even a basic life
I'm content with just enough to live i dont need much any tips would help

Look into lithium, it used to be in the water supply in some areas and it calmed people right down. Can mess with your kidneys/thyroid if you're not careful though. Works wonders for me. Pretty sure they sell it at Whole Foods. Tell your doctor if you take it though.

suck it up faggot, i went through the same thing where i'd have a mental breakdown going into public. the thing is, if you think high and mighty of yourself you start to believe it. That's how i got over it
