How to do x-ray:
-Mark the clothing
-Copy it to a seperate layer
-- Now there are two ways you can do it. If the target as unicolour clothing with visible underwear under, 1)
-- If 1) won't work or the target doesn't have underwear, 2)

1-1) mark the underwear, put it in a seperate layer above the original and change it's brightness/contrast/colour balance etc until it is clearly visibly and looks like it would look like without anything covering it.
1-2) Back to original layer, mark areas that have visible skin under them, put them in a seperate layer above original and under/over underwear one(doesn't matter). Then mess around with levels, brightness/contrast, colour adjustment and hue/saturation until it is the same colour as the skin around the area(of the original picture).

2-1) Mark the area you are working with(probably thin clothing) and put it in a seperate layer, and use "curves" to find a point where what you desire to see is most visible.
2-2) Change brightness/contrast, colour balance, exposure and hue/saturation until it all looks right.

This might all seem easy, but it is pretty hard to get right. When you get it right thought, damn...
