Rather than saying your work is crap like everyone I'll give you something constructive..

If you use PS like myself have the face on another layer. Add a layer mask and chop away what you don't need.

Then adjust the following respectively and link them to that specific layer:

1) brightness & contrast
2) Hue and Saturation
3) Color Balance

Lastly as an added bonus if one image is higher quality than the other you'll want to add "noise" or a gaussian blur.

Finally, never submit your image in HQ. Zoom out and save a smaller format. It'll look more "natural".

You can find your own method that works but that's what I do on my faceswaps.
