I tried so long on getting the colors adjusted and couldn't lol thanks a bunch for the tips :) I'm still trying to get the hang of it

finding the right donor is 80% of the battle.
using layers is vital.
adjust color, contrast and saturation (you'll just have to learn how to eyeball this with practice.)
after that it was just clone tool for the rest of the sweater, distortion (maybe called morph in PS) to move the sweater, and copy pasting the forearm.

I would start with more basic shops and do face fakes first to learn how to match position, lighting and tone/color properly. I tend to avoid 'removing clothes' because it invariably involves too much time
