A while back there was a story about some poor dude being tortured with dull knives, machetes and whatnot. He apparently had his hands and face cut off and was still alive while being drugged and tortured.

I am not looking for the video itself, but for some sort of follow-up story.

Did they guy make it? Were the perps caught? Any news would be greatly appreciated, as this story really bothered me.
