By "god tier" you mean like a lame music video?

Some of the Michael Ninn shit was sort of like this iirc (random closeups, jumps, etc) but nowhere near to this extent. And plenty of the Playboy videos used to use a ton a jump cuts though they were "pretty girl" videos, not really pornographic in the sense of having penetration.
