Requesting a comic about a guy (representing the comic artist, I think) that goes out to buy lunch (a taco OR a burrito, can't remember) thinking there's a special on it.
He then gets overcharged coz he didn't read the fine print.
The last panel is of a manager of the store jizzing his pants and checking or x-marking a paper (or something else possibly) that has "CUSTOMERS SWINDLED" written on it.

I think the guy is somehow related to Ren & Stimpy (former artist for the show possibly).
