I'd guess because it just doesn't happen much in reality, at least not in developed countries where rides are relatively plentiful. I have several friends who've had sex in cars, but not as payment for a ride, they just were just drunk/horny, or were kids without a good place to go, or they liked the exhibitionism of it, or whatever. Even if some chick said give me a lift and I'll suck you off during the ride, it's unlikely she'd be okay with the guy photographing it, and even if that happened, the photos posted on the internet would probably lack any documentary background info on the motivations of participants. So even with photos that show your fetish, it will looks just like regular car sex.
