Yeah, I tried to talk her out of that for 3 years now,
but she is desperate and has severe pain in her back and neck :-/

If I want to keep her, I have to accept that...
so I try to do it.

And I guess she asked me to find pictures more for *me* getting used to it than her...

yeah, he showed two examples, one "best ever result" and one "not so nice example" which still was quite nice...

but I am not convinced... the pictures I saw in the last 4 hours made me feel bad...

but she decided that she desperately needt to have this surgery... :-/

I will never understand this. Instead of living in pain, bitching and going on dangereous surgery, women could actually do what's recomended.
Learn how to properly stand and sit and go to the gym. There are real disabilities than can't be cured. Having big tits is not one of them.

She'll regret it. My ex wife got her juggs reduced and is now self-conscious about the scars left three years on.
