This is the third part of the story, in which he visits a local shop to gather supplies. In other words, he does boring stupid stuff while dressed in a silly outfit and hamming it up for the camera. He then solicits money from his fans through crowd funding. The author appears to be satirizing the inanity of crowd-funding beggars and the dumb hordes of young people who throw money at them.
