Sorry, but original OP may have ignored these for good reason. The second image is so low res theres only going to be more noise generated in the process or reducing it. It will just look blobby. First image is also very low res and not really any key areas which detail can be pulled from or enhanced. Sharpening will only add noise. Sorry mang.

Can't make out any nipple but you can definately get a better view of her tits I think. the way this kind of fabric is made means the flowers are a much thicker density of fabric than the space in between and it blocks out much more light so you can't really see through the flowers only the space between.

I'll try but see the problem with these is you're getting them from off of some site like facebook and they're not the raw photo they are compressed, resized and often cropped images. The cropping doesn't hurt it but when you resize or compress you lose a substantial amount of the very fine details that are usually necessary for a quality xray, that's why I say that if you can get the original image in full res I can usually do a lot lot more with it.
