I remember back in the day when this board would have caption threads. If anyone used to partake or actually make the captioned pics, what did you/they use to make them? Also are any of them still around?

Basically, anyone with halfway decent photo-editing software that can add text should be able to do it...PS, Gimp, etc. The threads still show up now and then...but shoppers are few due to ingratitude, boredom, and being busy IRL...

I usually just us Paint. Or you can use superlame.com it lets you add word bubbles to pictures
