Google Image Search Warning Redirect

Lately when i do a google image search that contains NSFW words in the searchbar and i click on whatever picture, it opens a redirection notice. See Pic.
I can go on to the site, but the Sidebar that normally opens (when you search SFW content like "cats") where i can choose to open the original image, visit the page, search different sizes or similar pics, does not appear in the cases. Edge or Firefox, doesnt matter. It's a google warning. Can you people try if it is the same for you and how can i get rid of that warning.

Some additional information:

i tested all devices to exclude some possibilties. my smartphone has the same problem so
-> it cant be firefox, since the smartphone uses safari, and microsoft edge also didnt work on my pc
-> it cant be windows 10 since the smartphone uses iOS
-> it cant be broswer extensions and antivir since the smartphone also doesnt has them
-> i deactivated antivir and the firewall on pc for a moment, it didnt help
-> adblock is also installed in firefox on pc and it doesnt help
-> i checked the routers filters and there is nothing filtered. i didnt change or dont change any settings normally, so idk if there are more settings that i could check

-> so i would assume its either google, google search settings (which i checked but i dont see anything that could solve the problem) or my internet provider (german telekom)
-> also i tried the google DNS 8.8.8.8 on adapter settings, didnt help

Please before you answer, test first if it shows you a redirection notice too.
