Please someone help me remember where this scene is from!

All I remember is that there is a woman in a house (maybe) and the villain enters and it seems they are familiar with each other, they have some dialogue and start to get busy against a table. The woman undoes his belt and wraps her legs around his waist to pull him in tight to her, then she stabs him I think with his belt buckle, he kind of backs away and says something then dies. She was a kind of "strong independent fightin woman who need no man" sort of character. Also there may or may not have been someone hiding nearby.

Don't remember if it was movie or TV show or whatever, or why I need to remember it, it's just buggin me.
