Ok, so the problem is that this character is on the side of a tank (lol) skin for World of Tanks. I found the skin here, along with multiple pictures of the tank.

Unfortunately, the skin has no description, no name or nothing. I reverse searched it and found some Japanese shit that I can't understand on google translate and out what I could understand the name wasn't provided either.

I downloaded the mod and got the texture files of the tank so you can see a perfectly flat image of the character. I really need to find out who that Aryan qt is.
