Well, if you look at the goddamn title, you'll see "MayDF2010". If you plug that into Danbooru/Gelbooru/TBIB/etc., you'll see that that's an artist name. The artist goes by other names, including "maydrawfag". If you look at "maydrawfag"'s pictures on those sites, you'll eventually find one where the source is given as a blog: http://datbaggedmilk.tumblr.com . The styles seem to match (huge breasts, particular eye shading style), so that seems to be it.
