I found a game a while back which was very similar to Wolf Girl with you. It was also 3d cel-shaded, and was hentai/ecchi.
The girl had maybe red or white hair, and was a bit tsundere if I recall. Never downloaded the game, so dont know that much about it.
The game was obviously in an anime style, and like I said, very similar to wolf girl with you.

Hmm the only vampire(or similar to vampire) ones i can think of are those from JSK Studios, even though its very anime style, the art is much different and not really 3d
