Is this illustration based on a real actress/model? Or is it just a fantasy pin-up drawing?

The original artist is Pearl Frush. She was a pin up artist in the 40's. Most likely she's a fantasy girl, possible partially based on actresses of the era, but not one in particular. Nice pin up!
