How do people make them? Are there some green screen handjob gifs or videos that get edited on top? Cause ive seen a lot of the same hand and dick used in different fakes

Most of them look like they are from MARKS HEAD BOBBERS HAND JOBBERS. However, I can't find any premade templates. I'm assuming people are going frame by frame with the original .gif and removing the background. It's also possible that they are using motion tracking in after effects to key out the background.
