Need a maximum value of a table that changes its size or alternatively need max value but to exclude one row with certain text in the beggining

In the max value cell, break the table up into three pieces and add them together.
=sum(A2:C11)+sum(d3:f11)+e2+f2

kinda worked around it, the problem was it was a pivot table and as such it had added values at the bottom, which wasnt really necesary and was causing me this problem, so i simply made the sum into average, that way itll never be either min or max, but thank you for your help anyways, i will implement it elsewhere for sure!
