I have been trying all day to find this manga or the author, but nothing, Google Reverse Image only took me to a desuchan thread where people said it was from Maruta, but i checked all of his works and nothing

TinEye found an image that had two pages clearly from this same manga, but it directed me to a website that did not have the image(or at least not anymore), if anyone can help me i appreciate.
