This is a little better, but the images has some other issues that would be impossible to fix without the original donor picture.
In changing skin color sometimes its necessary to desaturate the color. You can also try darkening the highlights and brightening the midtones to even out the color. lastly work the lighting and contrast. There's always the undo button, or simply start over.
The original image is actually a hard one to work with because there is too much light on here face so the image is kind of featureless.
Pretty girl though...
Hope this helps...just keep playing with it...you'll get the knack eventually. I never had any lessons. I don't even use full blown Photoshop, but still get pretty good results.
