Did that, it slowly deflated, and surprisingly little puss came out.
Weird spot for a pimple to grow. If someone else has an idea of what this may be, let me know, but as far as I can tell it's a pimple.

pimples can form anywhere on your skin, i've had few on my ear also.

be careful that doesn't get infected, dab with rubbing alcohol. You should put epsom salts in hot water, stir it, and pat it on; it'll dry in a few and help extract whatever the fuck is in there
