Thanks, but I have to admit it's kind of blurry. If I was a professionel I probably could do better.

I didn't use tutorials, I figured out myself how to do it. But there are plenty of them. You just need to learn the functions the software offers (in this case it's the freeware gimp), play around with them and practise

One last tip: face swaps are much easier to do imo, so maybe start with this
