I have already tried a lot of tags like "mound_of_venus, groin, cleft_of_venus, underwear_only" and the ones you sugested but I get like 1 result

What websites are you using to search? There are some good programs like "Grabber" for instance on PC. But they mainly search hentai image boards.
You'd need to find porn boards and add them manually.
