PIP Tribunal appeal

So I need some help and I know someone here can. I hope you will.

I received PIP Care, but not the Mobility aspect. In the PIP explation for what/why I got, they state that I need support from a person in order to make a journey (12 points-full mobility award) but they wont be paying it based on a Judge saying they don't have to pay it. I took it to a tribunal and they went over my FULL medical history, I'm 30, and they went back 15 years of medical questions, questioning every part of my daily life, where I shop, how I get there, what my problems are, my social life, what I do at home, how I play with my 4 year old daughter, everything.

At the end of the over hour, they said they wont be granting my appeal. I sent a letter asking why, and they said they are siding with the Judge that thinks people shouldn't get benefits, not the Judge that thinks they should ( Judge Agnew - Not sure if that is spelt correctly)

They don't explain how I can complain at this, and I'm so hurt and upset because they made me go over 15 years of medical history making me think it would help them make a decision. In reality they made their mind up before even reading the file.

Can anyone help me please? This is so beyond what I can deal with, but I know its wrong to be abusing the weak and those that cant defend themselves.

Please help.
