I've got this three tiered dolphin fountain that I got at a yard sale, with these symbols on the back. I get the Copyright, and 1983, but I can't tell if the symbol between them is supposed to be an M with a strike-through, JM, or CM.

I've googled to my limited abilities to find a source of it's creation but i've come up empty.
