using the Curves adjustment.
adding a desaturation layer to make it black and white may help you do it with more precison (you remove the desaturation after)

also, get rid of that hard edges with a soft eraser, mask or whatever

if after all the color looks weirdish, add another layer, set it to color and paint a bit using a sample color from the original skin
