Overall looks good, hair look a tiny bit weird. Also the face is a little blurred but the body has more detail, personally I would use the blur brush or even the airbrush at low opacity to make the skin in the body match the face.

Your blending is great but if noise, pixels and resolution don't match it will stand out even to the novice, adding blur or noise is the quickest answer but putting detail back is always better
