I need to find this Hentai series (or movie?)

It seemed kind of old (90's- early 20's?), good animation.

It had this little sidekick character that was small, with an all black face, just 2 round eyes showing.

I remember some parts was in a cave, with this lord dude, and a brunette main character (and a blonde that was evil?)

The sidekick thing makes me think of La Blue Girl, but the cave thing reminds me of Legend of the Overfiend.
