Antimalware service executable is Windows defender. There's a few ways to turn it off. Look it up.

Aside from that run Disk Defrag and clean up.

A decent size hdd running at 7200rpm, Disk cleanup and Defrag will have such a small affect it wouldnt cause a noticable loss in performance.
