So I've been looking for the source on this image for years. It's from a soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/geretsu/80s-80s-docks.
So I don't even know if there's more to it but it looks like there is and it was simply cropped for size/decency requirements.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated as I've already tried every kind of reverse search and text search I can think of.
