here, I made a short tutorial just for you

1.Find a donor for the rim that kinda matches in the positioning and lighting

2.Morph the rim into the right shape

3. Change Color, Saturation, contrast and brightness as you like it

4. Add some shadows and lighting around the rim (depending on the light source

5. Add some glowing effekt to the stockings
