Trying to find a show. It aired on cartoon network a lonnnggg time ago. I remember it was like Code Lyoko, but live action. It had two boys and they were always in school, but they'd go into the basement where they turned into some animated super powered heroes. Max steel reminds me of it as well, and I remember later in the series the girl also visits the school basement to do transformations with them or whatever. She always had this talking ronit dog thing or whatever in her backpack, and you could only see it's eyes when they were in the real world.
