I recently moved from Mac to PC and I have been *massively* disappointed with image browsing options on PC. Their complete absence of aesthetically appealing ways to visualize a gigantic library of pornographic images is a real problem for me.
Look at OSX's "Photos" software.

Gorgeous. Clean. Visually expressive. Each of those thumbnails is a folder containing a gallery of images. It automatically generates a thumbnail of an image from each folder. You can even select a thumbnail image manually for the folder simply by right clicking on it.
PC has an autistic redheaded step-child version of this feature in Windows Explorer, however it deforms the image and sloppily stuffs it into a hideous stock folder icon held over from Windows Vista. Compared to the seamless wall of pussy that OSX Photos presents, it's disgusting.
Worse yet if you create a folder full of sub-folders for organization, that stock thumbnail just looks like a generic folder icon. HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO MASTURBATE TO THAT?!

Now alternatively to Windows Explorer, Windows 8.1 also has a software called "Photos". Similar to OSX Photos, it does a decent job as a masturbatory aid. It also automatically generates a pleasant, smooth, elegant wall of pussy for folders.
However beyond literally just that this software is fucking worthless. It was clearly designed for tablet use, so feature-wise it behaves like the person using it is an eight year old. You can basically cut/copy/delete and rename image files inside the software.
Once even *slightly* complex folder hierarchies become involved it becomes a complete mess. And trying to modify, clean up, adapt, or shift that mess within the application might as well be impossible. You have to open up Windows Explorer and do it there.
There's no smart folders. No tagging system. No searching.
It *looks* close to what I want, but on all other levels it's shit.

On top of those two retards, there's an entire horde of third party applications vying to be the Amature Photographer's Photo Studio of choice. Lightroom, AfterShot, Picasa, Aperture, Photoscape -- I've tried like 50 of them. So far the one I like best is Daminion.

Almost all of these programs look basically exactly like this, like Adobe Lightroom. Which is to say: They all look like shit. They're complicated, messy, scattered and worst of all for me they *do not generate custom thumbnails for folders*. I like Daminion for it's feature-set (a strong tagging system integrated into Windows Explorer and the popout-preview-window). But it doesnt even do folder thumbnails. All you have to find your way around is that disaster of a folder-tree on the left.

So I thank anyone who put forward the time to read all this.
To sum it up what I'm looking for is some way, any way, to browse and organize my porn photo library in the same place. Either through software, or by making Windows Explorer a prettier place without having to manually create thousands of folder icons.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be happy to check them out.
And in the meantime obviously I have a pretty encyclopedic & meticulously organized knowledge of porn. So if anyone has a sauce request of me specifically, let me know, I'll see what I can find.
