I've seen this picture around a lot as a meme but wondering if anyone knows where it originates from and if there is more to the set.

I've reverse imaged several times and the best I can find is this spanish page

But I can't really understand where they got the pictures from. If they made the pictures did they really just shoot four pics for that page?
