I might just be shitty at this (it's certainly possible), but I think what's causing that isn't so much the skin tone as the direction of the lighting.
I should have thought about that and chosen another donor when I was shooping it before. I applied a few filters to try to correct that and tweaked it a little more to marry the two images together better.
If you can find another pic and another donor, I can make something much better muh man.
