I've been dealing with phimosis for all of my life, but have only recently discovered it was actually a problem. I've been stretching my foreskin for about a week and can pull it back with a bit of effort when flaccid. Any idea how long the process will take? Also, any advice on how to go about this? Thanks!

I think that phimosis is the problem some men with foreskin have where they can't fully retract. Could be wrong
