Can someone please fix this failed attempt at my first photoshop?

this big problem here is the face pic looks to be taken outside, on a nice bright sunny day, and the light and shadows on her face reflect that where as the donor pic was taken in a bedroom or something with no sun light, and no light even directly on her

Is there any way to fix it?

what i tried doing was i selected the face layer and went into
image> adjustments> brightness and contrast and tried fucking around with those, that usually fixes things like this but this is alittle extream of a case
