Trying to find a specific manga. I don't think it was actually doujin, but it was pretty ecchi.

The tone was very serious, and it either took place in another world (dimension or planet), or it was post-apocalyptic. I distinctly remember T-Rex like creatures, but I don't know if they were straight-up dinosaurs or just some kind of creature that looked like them.

The cover was of a girl lost in the woods with huge tits and a white, very revealing top. Her clothing was probably torn up.

Sadly I don't remember much else.
