WHAT ARE THOOOOOSEEE

Some kind of clip or ring, but for what purpose? I can't find any retail wetsuits that have them, but there are a bunch of fetish-y photo shoots where the model's wetsuit has 'em [thus nsfw /r/, just in case).

This started out as a simple adventure to satisfy my girls-in-shiny-clothing fetish, but now it is beginning to consume me.
