## Objective ##
By this time today it is less than one Tarren hour passed midnight, the threshold of time has crossed into the new year in accordance with the decree from the Martian Throne to start the new year's military record tracking of the Humen Civil War. The task of the mission at hand is to recount and recollect all major events of the war with unbias information/testimony provided by the Grand Installer Information (GI) network. Royal Agents will be monitoring the different keepers at all times along with any data transmitted to any other co-workers. The work written here will be used to inform government and military officials to further the cause of the Greater Human Prosperity Sphere. Attempts at misinformation can and will lead to the immediate termination of a keeper's employment.
Officially, the war started in **06.4.2198** with the Confederation of Colonial and Frontier Worlds declaring independence along with war to the Imperial Tarren Alliance. Minor skirmishes or insignificant fightings did break out on some backwater worlds but never amounted to anything. These outlying worlds didn't have the industry, military, nor money to start a galaxy-spanning conflict such as the Humen Civil War. Thus we must uncover how such a thing is even possible before the war started.

>1: First-hand accounts from captured Confederate troopers told the story of entire garrison divisions being swayed to defect by rebellious rhetoric, therefore it was entirely possible for the colonial worlds to have the forces to start such a war. The lust for power and paranoia can play a key role in shaping the decision-making of high ranking officers.

>2: Financial records clearly show a trend of the more "morally flexible" corporations transferring money and assets to the frontier in an attempt to sneak testing of AI/Psychic products beyond Tarren oversight in the lawlessness of the colonial worlds. Officially, the development of AI nearing the level of human intelligence is strictly outlawed under the punishment of death.

>3: Industrial and construction companies flourished in the underdeveloped worlds of the frontier. Overexploitation with rapid industrialization led naturally to Tarren regulations being neglected by very wealthy government officials. The Arms Industry would also move to the frontier as the Alian Coalition started a bombing campaign near the frontline worlds.
